Invictus Gym ("we", "us", "our") operates the website https://theinvictusgyms.com and our facility at D-12 Markaz, Islamabad, PK.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the site, sign up for a membership, contact us, or apply for a role with us — and what we do with that data.

Information we collect

We only collect data we actually need. Specifically:

• Contact details — name, email, phone number — when you fill in a form on the site (general enquiries, careers applications, membership interest).
• Membership details — emergency contact, basic health declarations, billing details — collected at the gym when you sign up. Health info is used solely to keep you safe on the floor.
• CCTV footage from inside the facility, retained for a limited period for safety and incident investigation.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL — collected automatically by standard web server logs.
• Anonymised analytics on how the site is used, so we can improve it. No third-party advertising trackers run on this site.

How we use it

We use your data to:

We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system on the public internet is perfectly secure — so we ask members not to send sensitive information (financial details, medical history) through email or web forms unless explicitly requested.
