03 Philosophy

How the coaching floor actually runs.

01

Coaches who train.

Every coach trains hard on their own floor. The cues they give you are the cues they use on themselves.

02

Programs, not playlists.

Blocks are periodised with intent — strength, conditioning, deload. Workouts have a place inside a plan.

03

Movement screened first.

Before load goes up, we screen movement. Joints buy load only when they've earned it.

04

Standards, not vibes.

Form has a definition. Reps have a tempo. Progress has numbers. The whole floor runs on the same standard.

04 Book a session

Train with a coach who's done the reps.

PT runs at 3, 4, or 5 sessions/week — PKR 30,000, 35,000, or 40,000/month. Stacks on any active membership. Request a specific coach at sign-up or via the front desk.

05 FAQ

Coaching questions, answered.

What members ask before booking PT — credentials, matching, scheduling, and how the coaching floor runs.

Who are the coaches at Invictus Gym?

5 certified personal trainers and 2 in-house physiotherapists. Personal trainers: Muhammad Fahad (13+ yrs, NASM Lvl 3), Mohammad Waqas (13+ yrs, iCREPS & SESI), Syed Muhammad Zubair Hashmi (6+ yrs, International Lvl 1–3), Zakia (3+ yrs, NASM), and Haziq Khan (1+ yr, SESI Lvl 1 & 2). Physiotherapists: Sayyed Talha (DPT) and Beenish Ayub (DPT — dry needling & manual therapy).

What certifications do the trainers hold?

Credentials across the team include NASM Level 3, iCREPS, SESI (Sports & Exercise Science Institute) Levels 1–3, International Levels 1–3, and Red Crescent CPR. Physiotherapists hold DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy), Primphysio Dry Needling (UK), and CORU registration (Ireland).

Do I need a coach to train at Invictus?

No. Open-gym members train independently on a coached floor — coaches are present to answer questions and check form. Personal training is a paid add-on for members who want a fully programmed, one-on-one block.

How are trainers matched to members?

Matched on goal and coach specialty. Strength & conditioning goals typically go to Waqas or Zubair; weight-loss and lifestyle blocks to Fahad; women's coaching to Zakia; functional and fat-loss transformations to Haziq. Return-to-training and rehab work go through the physiotherapy team (Talha or Beenish) before handing back to a trainer.

Can I request a specific trainer?

Yes. Request your preferred coach at sign-up or anytime via the front desk. Subject to schedule availability.

Do you have female trainers or coaches for women's training?

Yes — Zakia (NASM-certified personal trainer) coaches women's strength, weight loss, muscle toning, and lifestyle blocks. Beenish Ayub (DPT) leads women's physiotherapy and rehab. Contact the front desk for the current women's coaching schedule.

Do coaches handle nutrition and recovery as well?

Coaches advise on nutrition fundamentals and recovery sequencing as part of any PT block. Deeper injury or rehab work is handed off to the in-house physiotherapy team (dry needling, manual therapy, movement screening) so nothing is left half-fixed.

How do I book a session with a trainer?

Book through the front desk, by phone, or at sign-up. PT sessions stack on any active membership at PKR 30,000, 35,000, or 40,000 per month for 3, 4, or 5 sessions/week respectively.
