No half-equipped corners, no broken handles, no decorative racks. Every machine on the floor was picked because coaches and members would use it weekly.
Movement screen + goals conversation. Coaches map where you are before they write a thing.
A periodised block — strength, conditioning, recovery — written for you, not pulled from a template.
Coached floor during peak hours. Form checks, load tweaks, and answers the second you need them.
Sauna, steam, and contrast slotted into your week as adaptation. Recovery is part of the work.
3, 4, or 5 sessions per week. Periodised blocks with form and load tracking. Stacks on any membership.
Off-Peak from PKR 1,000. Peak (Mon–Sat 4 PM–12 AM) PKR 1,500. Premium all-inclusive PKR 2,500.

Coaches on the floor during peak hours. Movement screens, technique cues, and load progressions written by people who train hard themselves and have the certs to back it.
The standard: every session you do something specific. Every block you can name what changed. Strength, conditioning, and recovery, sequenced like a real plan — because it is one.
What members ask about disciplines, equipment, coaching, and how the floor actually runs.
Eight disciplines under one roof: Cardio, Strength, CrossFit & Functional Training, Studio (group classes), Physiotherapy, Fuel Bar, Steam / Sauna, and Personal Training. Day passes and family memberships layer on top.
Strength is barbell-focused, periodised work on Technogym equipment, Hammer Strength squat racks, and Eleiko calibrated plates. CrossFit & Functional Training blends compound patterns, Olympic-lift variations, sled/sandbag/kettlebell work, and metabolic circuits for athletic conditioning that carries into life and sport.
Both. Life Fitness treadmills, bikes, and rowers run on the open floor anytime for steady-state, interval, or Zone 2 work. Coached conditioning sessions slot into the weekly schedule for those who want it programmed.
PT comes in 3, 4, or 5 sessions/week blocks (PKR 30,000 / 35,000 / 40,000 per month). A coach screens your movement, writes a periodised program, and tracks load and form session by session. Stacks on any active membership.
Yes. Two Doctor of Physical Therapy specialists in-house — Sayyed Talha and Beenish Ayub — offering assessment, dry needling, manual therapy, and rehab programming. Direct handoff to a personal trainer for return-to-lift, so there's no gap between rehab and training.
A dedicated group-class room separate from the main floor — mobility flows, HIIT circuits, and skill work run in coached small-group formats. Also bookable for private focused sessions.
Post-workout protein shakes, clean pre and intra-workout options, supplements, and hydration. Grab-and-go stacks for members squeezing training between everything else — simple menu, real ingredients.
Included free and unlimited with Premium memberships. PKR 1,000 per session for Basic members. Bookable via the front desk.
Technogym strength equipment, Eleiko calibrated plates, Hammer Strength squat racks, 3000+ kgs of free weights, and Life Fitness cardio (treadmills, bikes, rowers) — plus functional turf and a recovery suite with steam & sauna in a temperature-controlled space.
Both. Every new member starts with a movement screen so coaches can program from where you actually are — first lift or hundredth block.
Yes. Most members stack strength + conditioning, finish with sauna, refuel at the Fuel Bar, and program PT on top one to three times per week. The floor is designed for it.
