By using https://theinvictusgyms.com or holding a membership at Invictus Gym ("we", "us", the "Club"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the facility.
These terms cover both your use of the website and your use of the gym. Some clauses apply only to members — those are flagged where relevant.
Membership is open to individuals aged 16 and over. Members aged 16 or 17 must have a parent or guardian co-sign their joining form. The Club may, at its sole discretion, refuse or terminate a membership for safety, conduct, or non-payment reasons.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your access credentials, key fob, or biometric entry with another person is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
Strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and recovery protocols involve inherent risk. Members are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical condition, injury, or pregnancy that could affect safe participation, and for obtaining their physician's clearance before training.
You agree to follow staff instructions, use equipment as designed, and stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, or distress. Saunas, steam rooms, and contrast facilities must be used in line with posted protocols.

Discriminatory, threatening, or harassing behaviour will result in immediate termination of membership without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.
Membership fees are payable monthly in advance, unless a different cycle is agreed in writing. Day passes and personal-training sessions are payable at the point of purchase.
Prices are set in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may revise pricing with 30 days' notice; existing members on a fixed term will be honoured at their joining rate for the remainder of that term.
Monthly memberships may be cancelled by giving 30 days' written notice before the next billing date. Fees already charged for the current cycle are not refundable. Annual memberships may be paused for a total of up to 60 days per year on documented medical grounds.
Day passes, personal-training session packs, and merchandise are non-refundable once activated or used. Unused personal-training sessions expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
Members and guests bring personal property onto the premises at their own risk. The Club provides lockers for short-term use during a single session; lockers must be cleared at the end of each visit. The Club is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left on the premises.
The Club may from time to time photograph or record general scenes inside the facility for marketing purposes. Where you appear identifiably in such media, we will seek your consent before publication. CCTV is in operation throughout the facility for safety and security.
The website is provided for information about the Club. All content — text, images, brand marks, code — is the property of Invictus Gym or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or scrape content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
You agree not to attempt to bypass authentication, probe for vulnerabilities, automate form submissions, or otherwise interfere with normal operation of the site. Anti-abuse rate limits and IP blocks may be applied at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, the Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the facility or the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Club may terminate a membership immediately and without refund for serious breach of these terms — including but not limited to violence, theft, harassment, sharing of access, or unpaid fees more than 30 days overdue. You may terminate your own membership at any time in line with the cancellation clause above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active members in writing or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always show when the current version came into force.
